- Manage, clean, operate, test, inspect, inventory, update, and maintain NEMSCOM Containers, Shelters, CESE, CEEI, and/or Advanced Base Functional Component (ABFC) tool kits. - Oversee the inventory management, maintenance, inspection, repair, and alterations of all NEMSCOM Civil Engineering End Items (CEEI). - Perform Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) of downloaded CEEI within specified time frames. - Manage repairs following manufacturer maintenance service manuals or technical manuals/specifications. - Ensure all CEE at NEMSCOM is in a ready-to-issue status and pre-assigned to EMF builds prior to task orders.

- Oversee packaging, marking, labeling, and documentation preparation for all shipments per MIL-STD-129N and 49 CFR for hazardous materials. - Ensure segregation of hazardous materials in accordance with 49 CFR and 29 CFR regulations. - Prepare "Shippers Certification for Hazardous Material" for hazardous materials in export shipments. - Responsible for the receipt, handling, storage, and transportation of designated hazardous materials, complying with local, state, and Federal regulations.

- Plan, organize, develop, coordinate, and evaluate a comprehensive Safety and Occupational Health program. - Advise staff on program management, accident prevention, safety education, accident investigation, reporting, and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act). - Continuous program involvement for both military and civilian personnel. - Evaluate safety program efforts, standards, rules, SOPs, and work techniques. - Provide technical assistance on work-related problems and compliance with Army and OSHA standards. - Monitor work areas, investigate hazardous conditions, and develop corrective actions. - Conduct safety audits/surveys, analyze accident data, and develop safety reports. - Develop and conduct safety training for military/civilian personnel.

- Distribute production schedules or work orders to departments. - Revise production schedules as needed due to design changes, labor/material shortages, backlogs, or interruptions. - Collaborate with management, production, or engineering for schedule adjustments. - Review documents to determine personnel/material requirements or priorities. - Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies/parts to expedite material flow and meet production schedules. - Confer with personnel, vendors, or customers to coordinate production/shipping activities and resolve issues.

Duties for the Healthcare Claims Processor include: - Resolving pended healthcare claims, prior approval requests and responding to providers. Analyzing claims to determine whether or not the claims should be approved or denied for payment. - Reviewing and addressing provider inquiries regarding claim adjudication - Meeting all required metrics for the position - Applying knowledge of medical coding and various medical claims forms to the claims process.
