ICRA is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) 10-year contract (200-2015-87991) to provide the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases a mechanism to obtain research and management consulting services related to Immunization Information Systems (IIS). IIS are confidential, population-based, computerized databases that record all immunization doses administered by participating providers to persons residing within a given geopolitical area.

The scope of this contract covers research and management consulting services related to Immunization Information Systems including but not limited to the following:

• Program/project management and execution

• Program evaluation metrics

• Technical, business, and operational analysis

• Documentation and assistance

• Technical integration services

• Strategic communications

• Facilitation of general meetings and consensus building efforts

• Public and clinical healthcare integration, evaluation, and service delivery

• Data analytics and evaluation

• Program certification methods

• Research, program evaluation and assessment support

• Survey design, development, and implementation

• Policy and legislative issues

• Program management including pre and post award contracts

• National and program standards development support

• General management consulting activities

The period of performance currently runs through 9/2019 with options through 9/2025.
