“I relish untangling and resolving big, challenging problems.”
Leslie Siddeley is a deep expert in technology and process solutions for the public sector, focusing primarily on healthcare. She enjoys solving complex problems using business architectural design, process improvement, technology, and analytics in innovative ways. She is a skilled Program Manager with experience in management consulting, healthcare payer operations, healthcare finance, application development, technical operations, application maintenance, and operational support.
Leslie began her career at the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C., eventually taking several government positions before moving into consulting. During her tenure with the government, she worked for the Government Accountability Office in both Boston and Washington, D.C., conducting various research studies at the request of the US Congress. While at GAO, Leslie served a detail as a congressional staffer on the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She also worked at the National Institutes of Health for several years as a senior information technology manager.
In addition to working directly for the government, Leslie has supported the public sector in two “Big 4″ management consultancies and large and small technology integrators. While working for these government contractors, she led several large, multi-award-winning programs. She provided strategic consulting services to numerous programs, including several new ones created to address emergent needs and pressing public sector priorities.
In 2011, she accepted the honor of supporting the stand-up of the World Trade Center Health Program, the entity created to address the unique healthcare needs of the 9/11 first responders and survivors. She has served as the Finance Lead, Member Services Lead, and as a Program Manager. She continues to support this program today.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics from Northeastern University. She also earned a Certificate in Solution Design Leadership from Cornell University and a Certificate in Executive Data Science from Johns Hopkins University. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
In addition to her career-related pursuits, Ms. Siddeley also advocates for environmental sustainability, particularly coastal ecosystems.
